Warlord Games introduces American Civil War

The American Civil War is one of the most studied military conflicts in history, with over 237 named battles in addition to innumerable minor actions and skirmishes. Now you can fight these battles on a scale they deserve with the Epic Battles system, based on the award-winning Black Powder - with period-flavour tweaks - the perfect way to begin exploring this fascinating period of history on the tabletop.

To begin waging your epic battles, our starter set is packed to the brim. You'll find both a Union army and a Confederate army each composed of 12 regiments (each of 100 men) 12 cannons and 12 mounted commanders. That's 2400 infantry in a single box! The plastic sprues are easy to assemble, and are colour-coded, making it fantastically easy to get to the business of launching your American Civil War campaigns on the table.

You'll also find everything you need to get playing, including rules and dice and some flavoursome MDF scenery to dress your table.
